Procontic CS 31 I/O remote unit ICSO 16 N1, 24VDC 5W. The ICSO 16 N1 is a digital output remote I/O unit for the ABB Procontic CS 31 distributed I/O system. The CS 31 (Communication System 31) is ABB's legacy fieldbus-based distributed I/O system used in industrial automation and process control. Decoding the type designation: Delta, ICSO = I/O CS 31 Output unit, 16 = 16 digital outputs, N = NPN transistor outputs (current sinking), 1 = version/variant 1, Supply voltage: 24VDC. Power consumption: 5W. 16 digital transistor outputs (NPN, sinking). CS 31 bus interface for connection to ABB Procontic T200, T400 or AC31 PLC controllers. DIN rail mountable. The CS 31 system allows up to 31 remote I/O units per bus segment. Applications: machine automation, process control, distributed I/O in industrial environments.
