FX-Compatible PLC Material Sorting & 3-Axis Manipulator Workstation

This training workstation is specifically designed for technical and vocational education and training (TVET) institutions, skill assessment centres, and industrial automation teaching laboratories. The system integrates a PLC controller (Chinese-made PLC, implemented on a circuit board, supporting GX Works2), sensor array, pneumatic actuators, and a 3‑axis Cartesian manipulator to perform fully automatic material sorting, precision pick‑and‑place, and tray loading operations. It provides a realistic, hands‑on platform for trainees to practise PLC programming, I/O wiring, motion control, sensor calibration, and sequential process design.
